Field service teams juggled tickets, dispatch and customer comms across phone, email and paper.

Dispatchers had no map view of where crews were or what was next.

Customers didn't know when the tech would arrive.

Our approach.

Built a React dispatcher console with live map view, ticket queue and route optimisation.

Shipped React Native apps for techs with check-in, job forms and photo uploads.

Integrated Twilio for SMS reminders and rescheduling, and QuickBooks for invoicing.

Added equipment inspections, GPS tracking and driver check-ins as first-class workflows.

Dispatchers orchestrate crews on a live map instead of a whiteboard.

Customers receive precise ETAs and self-reschedule when needed.

Accounting flows feed directly from completed jobs into invoices.
