What you're hiring

A team, not a staffing line item.

When you hire a dedicated team from Enigmatix, you hire a pod: engineers, QA, DevOps, design, product — whatever shape the work demands. The team is yours. Your backlog, your standup, your Friday demo.

You co-manage alongside a delivery lead on our side. We handle the HR, the infrastructure, and the career growth. You keep the team focused on what matters.

When it's the right fit

Hire a pod when the hiring market has failed you.

The dedicated-team model exists because four specific problems keep showing up in boardrooms. If one of these sounds like your quarter, read on.

/01

Talent you can't hire locally.

The skill set you need — senior Kotlin, trained ML infra, payment-rails engineers — is not in your local labour market, or the salary market won't clear. Our bench already has it.

/02

Scope that outran the roadmap.

Product demand spiked. The in-house team can't absorb another workstream without breaking the one they're already on. A dedicated pod takes the new stream end-to-end.

/03

An overloaded in-house team.

Your senior engineers are writing three pull requests a quarter and interviewing the rest of the time. Hand the next initiative to a pod so your core team can breathe.

/04

A function you don't want to build.

QA, SRE, data platform, mobile — whole disciplines you need running but don't want to build in-house. We run the function, report against your SLAs, and don't leave.

What you get

Six outcomes every engagement ships.

The dedicated-team model earns its keep in specific, measurable ways. These are the six we commit to in the statement of work.

/01

Flexible composition, fast onboarding.

/02

Accelerated time-to-market, no quality trade.

/03

Predictable, managed delivery cadence.

/04

High retention, high team engagement.

/05

Single point of contact across the pod.

/06

Cross-domain tech and operational depth.

Why Enigmatix

Six things we won't compromise on.

Every vendor claims talent and velocity. These six are the ones we'll put in the contract and review every quarter.

01 / 06

Ownership for the result.

The pod owns outcomes, not tickets. That means pushing back when the scope is wrong, and staying on through go-live and beyond.

02 / 06

Cross-domain expertise.

Sixteen years of shipping across fintech, healthtech, retail, and climate. The patterns transfer. The engineers know what breaks in production before it does.

03 / 06

Strong business orientation.

We read the room. When your priorities shift, the team shifts. We don't charge a change-order for answering the phone.

04 / 06

Transparent collaboration.

All standups open. All decisions in writing. Your PM sits in our retrospectives. No black box, no surprise invoices.

05 / 06

Long-term partnerships.

Clients stay with us for two years on average. Most renew for a second engagement — the ones who don't usually hire someone from our team outright. We optimise for the marathon, not the sprint.

06 / 06

Faster time-to-market.

72 hours to a staffed pod. Two weeks to first working software. You capture market share while the competition is still interviewing.

How it runs

Five stages, in writing, from day one.

Every engagement follows the same five beats. We'll share the delivery plan before you sign — and you'll hold us to it.

  1. 01/ 05

    Discovery and scope shaping.

One to two weeks. We turn the product vision into a delivery plan: team shape, milestones, risk register, success metrics. If we find the project shouldn't run, we'll tell you before the contract is signed.

  2. 02/ 05

    Team assembly and onboarding.

You interview and approve every hire. We stage the onboarding so the pod is productive in week two, not week six. Tooling, repos, and access are ready on day one.

  3. 03/ 05

    Development and testing.

Two-week sprints, Friday demos, test coverage targets in the contract. CI/CD from line one. Agile without the ceremony tax.

  4. 04/ 05

    Continuous release.

Frequent, fault-tolerant, reversible. We set up or upgrade your release process so production deploys are a yawn, not an event.

  5. 05/ 05

    Maintenance and evolution.

The pod stays on through support, L2/L3, performance work, and the next initiative. We carry the pager for what we built.

  • A dedicated team is one specific model within outsourcing: a stable, cross-functional unit that works only on your product, co-managed by you and us. Unlike project-based or staff-aug engagements, you get the same engineers every day — not a rotating cast. You own the roadmap; we own the team.

What partners
tell us.

Most clients renew for a second engagement. The ones who don't usually hire someone from our team to run the project in-house.

We are a mental health charity and not tech minded. We needed to improve our patient registration system but wanted a company that we can relate to. Hassan took the time to meet with me and patiently went through our process to find a personalised solution for us. Hassan's team did a great job streamlining our process and connected our registration system to our patient management software. Whenever we have a glitch, they resolve this quickly. Cloudini provides a personal and efficient service and we have adopted them to be our IT provider.

I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend Cloudini as a premier bespoke software development agency. Our journey with them has been nothing short of exemplary, far exceeding our initial expectations. While many agencies can develop based on strict specifications, Cloudini demonstrated an incredible commitment to our project that was truly unparalleled.

Dragonfly has been working with the team at Cloudini for several years now on building out our web-based platform and APIs. One of their strengths is quickly building out a multi-disciplinary team to work on the development and delivery of features with different technical requirements. Their support has allowed us to accelerate our development work without building an internal team. They have also worked seamlessly with other third parties both during the acquisition of Dragonfly and development of our mobile app. Cloudini has been instrumental in bringing our ideas to life and providing guidance to help us make the best technical decisions. I would recommend getting in touch with them if you're looking for support.
