Industry 4.0 software
that survives the shop floor.

MES, SCADA integrations, digital twins, predictive maintenance, and the shop-floor-to-top-floor data fabric. Built for plants that run 24/7 where a bad release stops the line.

What this sector teaches you

Downtime is denominated in money per minute.

Manufacturing software runs on a different clock. A 30-second API outage is a tolerated incident in SaaS and a stopped production line in a plant. The engineering discipline has to treat the real world — PLCs, sensors, OT networks, union rules, maintenance windows — as a first-class part of the architecture.

We've delivered MES rollouts, OEE platforms, predictive-maintenance pipelines, and digital twins for discrete and process manufacturers. Every project has an ops playbook signed off by plant engineering before go-live, because the people paged at 3am aren't our engineers — they're the night shift.

Where you call us

The four problems we're hired to solve.

/01

MES modernisation and rollout.

Replacing paper, Excel, and legacy MES with a modern platform — multi-plant, multi-line, with governance the corporate team can trust and flexibility the plant manager needs.

/02

OT/IT data fabric and historians.

Sensor ingestion, protocol bridging (OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT), time-series storage, and the analytics surfaces that turn the data into decisions — not just dashboards.

/03

Predictive and prescriptive maintenance.

Vibration, thermal, and process-variable models with alerting that the maintenance team actually acts on. Measured in downtime hours avoided, not model accuracy.

/04

Digital twins and simulation.

Plant, line, and process twins — for throughput planning, what-if analysis, and operator training. Built on Omniverse or bespoke stacks depending on the fidelity required.

What we ship here

Four things we've built repeatedly.

/01

MES and shop-floor apps.

Work-order execution, quality capture, traceability, production scheduling. Designed around the tablet in a glove, not the desk in an office.

/02

OEE and performance platforms.

Availability, performance, quality — measured honestly. With the plant-manager cockpits and corporate rollups the leadership chain actually uses.

/03

Integration middleware.

ERP-to-MES-to-PLC glue. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics on one side, Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider on the other. With the data model discipline to make the glue outlive the vendors.

/04

Supply-chain and planning tools.

Demand forecasting, S&OP, constraint-based scheduling. Models the planners trust because they can interrogate the assumptions.

How to engage

Three ways to work with us
in manufacturing.

Pick the shape that matches the commitment. Each model ships the same engineering standard — the difference is in the commercial and operating fit.

Trusted by our clients

What partners
tell us.

Most clients renew for a second engagement. The ones who don't usually hire someone from our team to run the project in-house.

We are a mental health charity and not tech minded. We needed to improve our patient registration system but wanted a company that we can relate to. Hassan took the time to meet with me and patiently went through our process to find a personalised solution for us. Hassan's team did a great job streamlining our process and connected our registration system to our patient management software. Whenever we have a glitch, they resolve this quickly. Cloudini provides a personal and efficient service and we have adopted them to be our IT provider.

I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend Cloudini as a premier bespoke software development agency. Our journey with them has been nothing short of exemplary, far exceeding our initial expectations. While many agencies can develop based on strict specifications, Cloudini demonstrated an incredible commitment to our project that was truly unparalleled.

Dragonfly has been working with the team at Cloudini for several years now on building out our web-based platform and APIs. One of their strengths is quickly building out a multi-disciplinary team to work on the development and delivery of features with different technical requirements. Their support has allowed us to accelerate our development work without building an internal team. They have also worked seamlessly with other third parties both during the acquisition of Dragonfly and development of our mobile app. Cloudini has been instrumental in bringing our ideas to life and providing guidance to help us make the best technical decisions. I would recommend getting in touch with them if you're looking for support.
