The problem

The challenge.

Aerospace and industrial manufacturers were running procurement on email threads, PDF POs and chased supplier spreadsheets, producing blind spots across hundreds of open orders.

Late deliveries cascaded into production halts, yet nobody on the factory floor knew until the part failed to arrive.

The client needed a single system of record for POs, suppliers and delivery commitments — plus AI follow-ups so buyers stopped spending half their week sending reminder emails.

The plan

Our approach.

Built a supplier portal and buyer workspace on React with a Django REST API backed by PostgreSQL.

Introduced scheduled AI-driven follow-ups that parse supplier replies and update order status automatically.

Integrated with SAP and NetSuite for bi-directional PO, GRN and invoice sync.

Added delivery-risk scoring so supply chain leads see which lines are likely to miss commit dates two weeks out.
