1. About these terms
This website is operated by Enigmatix Global Ltd("Enigmatix", "we", "us"). These Terms of Use set out the rules for visiting and using enigmatixglobal.com and its sub-pages.
They are not the contract for any engineering work. Software development, dedicated teams, offshore development centres, staff augmentation, and every other service we provide are governed by a separate written agreement — typically a master services agreement and a statement of work — signed by both parties. Where those terms and this page conflict, the signed agreement controls for the work it covers.
2. Acceptance and changes
By using this website you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time — for example, when we add features or change how the site works. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and your continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
3. Using this website
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and view this website for legitimate business and informational purposes. The site is intended for business users evaluating our services.
You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy, republish, or repurpose substantial parts of the site without our written permission (see intellectual property).
4. Acceptable use
When using this website, you agree not to:
- Use it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system — including probing, scanning, or testing the security of our infrastructure without our written consent.
- Introduce malware, attempt a denial-of-service attack, or otherwise interfere with the site's normal operation.
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract content or data except where we have explicitly allowed it (our robots.txt sets out what automated crawlers may access).
- Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through our forms.
We may suspend or block access for anyone who breaches these rules, and we cooperate with law enforcement where required.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, design, code, graphics, logos, the Enigmatix name and marks, and the arrangement of it all — is owned by or licensed to Enigmatix Global Ltd and protected by intellectual-property law. The trademarks and brand names of our clients and partners belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Nothing on this site transfers any intellectual-property right to you. Ownership of work we deliver to clients is dealt with explicitly in the relevant signed agreement, not here.
6. Enquiries you send us
When you contact us through a form, email, or booking link, you're responsible for ensuring the information you share is accurate and that you're entitled to share it.
Unless we've signed a non-disclosure agreement, please don't send us confidential or commercially sensitive material through the website — treat a first enquiry as a non-confidential introduction. We're happy to put an NDA in place before any detailed discussion; just ask. How we handle the personal data in your enquiry is set out in our Privacy Policy.
7. Our services and engagements
The descriptions of services, capabilities, case studies, methodologies, timelines, and outcomes on this site are for general information. They illustrate the kind of work we do; they are not an offer, quote, or commitment, and they don't form a contract.
Any engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement defining the scope, deliverables, pricing, intellectual property, security, and service levels for your specific project. Case studies are illustrative and, where noted, anonymised; metrics reflect particular engagements and are not a promise of comparable results.
8. No warranties
This website is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work to keep it accurate and online, we don't warrant that the content is complete, current, or error-free, or that the site will be uninterrupted or secure. Content here is general information, not professional, legal, or technical advice — don't rely on it as the basis for a decision without talking to us.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Enigmatix is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) this website, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill. This site is aimed at businesses; we exclude the implied warranties and conditions that apply to it to the extent the law allows. Liability arising from any engagement is governed instead by the limits in the relevant signed agreement.
10. Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites — for example, our booking provider or a partner's page. We provide those links for convenience and don't control or endorse the content, products, or practices of sites we don't operate. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
11. Privacy and cookies
How we collect and use personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, and how we use cookies and similar technologies is set out in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of your agreement with us when you use this site.
12. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
13. Contact us
