The problem

The challenge.

The client ran a product mix of hardware installs, monthly rentals and consumable accessories — each with different fulfilment and pricing rules.

Customers needed to schedule installations, pay recurring rent, and reorder cups and cartridges without leaving the site.

The legacy storefront could not model subscriptions alongside one-off orders cleanly, leading to billing errors.

The plan

Our approach.

Built the storefront in Next.js with subscription, install-fee and accessory SKUs unified under a single cart.

Integrated Stripe Subscriptions and PayPal for recurring rentals, installations and accessory checkout.

Added an install-scheduling flow that books a field technician slot as part of checkout.

Wired CRM sync so post-sale service and consumable reorders flow from the same customer record.

Customers buy, rent and reorder from one unified experience.

Billing errors dropped near zero once subscriptions and one-off orders shared a ledger.

Field technicians get pre-scheduled jobs instead of being booked by phone after the fact.
