The problem

The challenge.

The client had supplier contracts but no modern booking surface — existing infrastructure was a Symfony monolith with slow search and stale prices.

Travellers expected instant results, filters and mobile-first UX from the first tap.

The new platform had to reuse supplier feeds, handle multi-currency and enforce strict refund and cancellation policies.

Our approach.

Rebuilt search with Elasticsearch — faceted filters, geo-queries and sub-second response.

Normalised supplier feeds into a unified inventory model with live availability caching in Redis.

Built a React booking funnel with Stripe-powered checkout and multi-currency handling.

Added admin tooling for rate plans, promotions and refund policy enforcement.
