The client managed field operations across surveys, asset tasks and service providers — running in spreadsheets and email.

Payments, invoicing and uplift requests had to flow through multiple approval steps.

Role-based access was critical — each portal needed strictly-separated permissions.

Our approach.

Built superadmin, admin and provider portals in React with role-based permissions end-to-end.

Shipped React Native surveyor and operative apps for field work.

Implemented a finance module with payments, uplift requests and payment-status tracking.

Added a Django backend handling the full service lifecycle with Celery for scheduling.

Operations replaced spreadsheets with a single platform.

Finance workflows — invoicing, uplift, payouts — became auditable.

Field ops and admin speak the same data without re-keying.
