Careloop: registration-to-records integration for a UK mental-health charity.

A UK mental-health charity ran patient registration and patient management as two disconnected systems, with a non-technical team stuck re-keying data between them. We improved the registration system itself, then integrated it directly with their patient management software so a registration flows straight into the patient record. Because the charity has no in-house IT, the engagement was built around plain-English communication and quick-turnaround fixes: glitches reported in the morning are typically resolved the same day. What began as a single integration project became a personalised, ongoing arrangement — Enigmatix is now the charity's long-term IT provider, handling support, maintenance and incremental improvements as their services grow.
