A travel booking platform on React, Django, Django REST Framework and PostgreSQL. Search, live availability, booking and confirmation run end to end, so a reservation takes minutes rather than a chain of emails.
The challenge.
- Bookings depended on phone calls and email back-and-forth with no live availability.
- Travellers expected to search, compare and book in a few taps.
- Availability, pricing and confirmations had to stay accurate across suppliers.
- Peak-season demand could not degrade search or double-book inventory.

- Backed it with Django and Django REST Framework over a unified availability-and-pricing model.
- Handled reservations, confirmations and cancellations in one flow.
- Kept listings current so travellers only see what's bookable.
